Mini Donuts

Ingredients

In this recipe, we are using a mixture of corn and wheat flour, so the donuts are not gluten free.

Makes +- 15 mini donuts.

DIRECTIONS:

  • For the donuts:
  1. Place all the ingredients for the dough in a large bowl and mix. 
  2. Let rest approximately 20 minutes.
  3. Shape each donut with approximately 60 gr of dough.
  4. Heat the oil and fry the donuts.
  5. Remove excess oil with paper towels. 
  • For the icing:
  1. Beat the egg whites with the powdered sugar until a thick consistency is formed.
  2. Decorate the donuts with the melted chocolate or icing and sprinkles.
