Mexican flan is a sweet, creamy custard dessert, smothered in a rich caramel sauce. Also known as crème caramel.
Flan is a favorite throughout Mexico
Serve with ice-cream, churros, crepes or just a spoon.
Instructions:
1.Mix content with 1 L milk
2. Bring to a boil over low heat stirring continuously
3. Cook for 3 minutes.
4. Pour caramel sauce into a mould and add milk mix.
5. Cool down and refrigerate.
