This sauce is a dark red, fairly piquant sauce with the distinctive sweet and bitter flavour of ground guajillo chillies, herbs and vinegar. Use it as a marinade as well as for cooking and serving with meat and hearty vegetables. This product is ready-made. Simply, heat and add to your preferred meat or vegetable.

Refrigerate after opening in a sealed container and use within 4 weeks.
