Pasilla Pepper Serving Sauce:

Sold individually in 350g Box – (24 boxes come in a case)

This sauce is a dark red, fairly piquant sauce with the distinctive sweet and bitter tobacco flavour of ground pasilla chillies, herbs and vinegar. Use it as a marinade as well as for cooking and serving with meat and hearty vegetables. This product is ready-made. Simply, heat and add to your preferred meat or vegetable.

Refrigerate after opening in a sealed container and use within 4 weeks.

THIS PRODUCT CONTAINS CHICKEN STOCK. ALLERGENS: SOYA & CELERY.

Instructions for use:

1. Pour cooking sauce over 1 Kg of meat.
2. Marinate for a couple of hours or as long as possible.
3. Cook as desired: Roast, slow cook, grill, pressure cook, pan fry.
4. Shred & serve.
