Considered one of the three most typical flavours for Mexican aguas frescas, Tamarindo is a sweet but tart, brown drink with the flavour of the tamarind fruit.

Simply dilute this syrup with water and a bit of ice to get an authentic, refreshing jug of Tamarindo.
