Our tortilla strips are made similarly to our nacho chips – following a traditional recipe using stone ground nixtamalized maize and fried to give a crunchy finish.
Tortilla strips are great to use as a topping for salads and soups. They are a main ingredient of an old favourite recipe: ‘Tortilla Soup’.
Shelf life: 6 months. Keep product properly sealed in an air tight container in a dry cool place. Once packet has been opened, reseal and use within 1 week.
